Certificate Presentation for Nickerie Students

On Sunday, May 19th, students who successfully completed the basic training in “Tourism Awareness, Marketing & Promotion, Customer Friendliness & Customer Focus” received their well-deserved certificates. This training, held on May 18th and 19th in Nickerie, was a collaborative effort between the Tourism Directorate of the Ministry of Transport, Communications, and Tourism (TCT) and the Suriname Hospitality Tourism and Training Centre (SHTTC). The dedicated trainers, Mr. R. Forster, Mrs. S. Rama, and Mrs. S. Glunder, guided the participants through valuable lessons.

District Commissioner Senrita Gobardhan had the honor of presenting the certificates to the participants. The diverse group included farmers, bakers, and catering staff. Their commitment and hard work were celebrated, and they were congratulated on their accomplishments.
